The Treadstone assassin located in Italy. Not much is known about Castel's background. It is clear that he is considered very capable, as the CIA sends him after Bourne. He is so determined that he threw himself out of a window rather than give Bourne any info.

A piano teacher, and the Treadstone agent located in Spain. The Professor is a calculating professional who prefers to view his targets through the scope of his Sig 550 rifle. Bourne quotes him later saying to Paz "Look at what they make you give."

Very little is known about Manheim, one of the two Treadstone operatives based out of Germany. He is sent after Jason Bourne but doesn't catch up to him. Instead Ward Abbott reassigns him to take out Alexander Conklin.
Jarda

One of two Treadstone agents operating out of Germany, Jarda stays there after Bourne escapes in "Identity". He is calm and collected when Bourne finds him later, and of the Treadstone assassins: he gets the closest to actually taking Jason out.
Conklin
Conklin
Alexander Conklin is in charge of operation Treadstone under the CIA Deputy Director - Ward Abbott. He uses information and the resources at his disposal to undertake black-ops all over the world. Like many in Treadstone, his final task was attempting to bring in Jason Bourne.
