Little Eileidh Paterson was diagnosed at a young age with a cancer known as neuroblastoma.
Recently, she and her parents were told that Eileidh's disease is terminal.
As they pursue treatments, Eileidh's parents wanted to make her biggest wish come true: to have a fairytale wedding with her longtime best friend Harrison.
This past weekend, Eileidh's wish was fulfilled.
Eileidh and Harrison exchanged necklaces and were pronounced "best friends forever" during the ceremony
A host of costumed princesses and superheroes were on hand to help Eileidh celebrate her special day.
