Lawyer? Janitor? Accountant? Whatever it is you do, be mindfully in the present moment as you do it, and really focus on the task at hand. This can be just as beneficial, if not more beneficial than your traditional meditation practice. Use your profession as a resource for mindfulness. You can always add other methods to your practice as well, but this is a great place for you to begin.
